Why there are two numbers

Most prices below are a range. The lower figure is our assistant designers, the higher is the salon director — with the artistic and senior designers in between. It is the same service either way; what you are paying for is years behind the chair. Pick your stylist when you book.

Cutting

A cut and finish includes the consultation, wash and finish. If a cut is not right, a recut is free — ask at reception.

Colour

An allergy alert test is needed before your first colour with us, and it has to be done at least 48 hours ahead. Toner is priced separately because not everyone needs one.

The small print, such as it is

  • Allergy alert tests. Needed before your first colour with us, at least 48 hours ahead. It takes two minutes and you can call in for it.
  • Recuts and recolours. If something is not right, tell us and we will put it right at no charge — a recut, recolour and re-perm are all £0 on the list above for exactly that reason.
  • Long or thick hair. Where a service is priced short / medium / long we will tell you which band you are in before we start, not after.
  • Prices shown are the published rates and are pulled from the salon's live booking system. If something here disagrees with what you are told in the salon, the salon is right — please tell us so we can fix the page.
