What we do with your information.

This website

These pages are static files. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag and no cookie banner — because there are no cookies to consent to. Nothing you do here is recorded, and there is no contact form to submit.

The only things served from anywhere else are the links out: the booking system, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Once you follow one of those you are on their site and under their privacy policy, not ours.

Booking an appointment

Online booking is handled by SalonForge, which is a separate system operated on the salon's behalf. When you book there you provide your name, contact details and the appointment you want, and that information is held in the salon's booking records so we can run the diary, remind you about your appointment and keep a record of what was done to your hair.

In the salon

We keep your contact details, your appointment history, your colour formulas, and — where colour is involved — your allergy alert test record. The formula record is why a colour can be repeated exactly, including by a different stylist.

We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not share them with anyone outside the businesses that operate the salon's booking and payment systems.

Marketing

We only send marketing messages to people who have said we can, and each method — text, email, post — is a separate permission. You can withdraw any of them at any time by telling us, and it takes effect immediately.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Ring the salon or email and we will deal with it.

Beauty treatments

Beauty by Ash is a separate business operating from the treatment room. Anything you give her is held by her, not by the salon, and is covered by her own arrangements.
